Sally is an Emeritus Professor of Computing Education in the School of Computing at the University of Kent. Most of her interests focus on the teaching and learning of Computer Science. In 2004, when she was editor of the journal Computer Science Education, she edited the book “Computer Science Education Research” with Marian Petre. In 2019, together with Anthony Robins she edited the “Cambridge Handbook of Computing Education Research”.
